Continental after flight from Rio de Janeiro to New Orleans
It is time for Continental to make a move on the Brazilian market.
The company is keen on the Rio de Janeiro/Houston/Nova Orleans route. She would like to being flying that route before the end of the year, using B767-200 three times a week. From March 2009 it would become a daily flight. However, the site Mercado e Eventos believes the route would only come into existence half way through 2009.
A request has been made to the US authorities responsible for the granting of flight permissions. We hope it is approved.
