Anac creates airline ranking

June 8, 2009 | By More

The Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority, ANAC, in an attempt to innovate, has just added to its website a Espaço do Passageiro, a space where passengers can rank the airlines that operate in Brazil – both national and international. The marks given by passengers will be used to create a consumer satisfaction ranking.

To be able to take part, the consumer needs to have a CPF (Brazil’s tax identification number). That means the new tool is restricted to Brazilians and foreigners living in Brazil.
